The Burkett 1911 magwell is available in three versions. The Tac-Well is the smallest with the same overall length as a 1911 frame. The Carry-Well is our medium size and compares lengthwise to the Wilson SpeedChute. The Comp-Well is our largest version that is .10 longer than a Wilson SpeedChute and still fits in the IDPA and IPSC boxes.

 

Available in Stainless, Carbon Steel or Aluminum.


Price includes re-blueing of carbon steel frames or bead blasting of stainless frames.


Price also includes shipping with insurance back to customer. US Customers ONLY! 

 

This is to install the magwell on your 1911. Please ship us the frame and mag catch ONLY with no parts installed.

 

Please remove ALL parts.

 

Shipping info will be provided directly to you upon purchase. Delivery time is approximately 30 day or less for the installation. 

 

WARNING: Your frame will be PERMANENTLY modified and other magwells will never fit it again.  (Not that you will ever want to put anything else on it after using one of these!)

Well simply put it's AWESOME! better than the SS Ice magwell by far! Nothing comes close to this smooth!

I hadn't shot SS in over a year and managed to nail every reload though my belt flawlessly and just as fast as i do with my open gun!
